A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow websites to remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in.
We use one strictly-necessary cookie. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or any other non-essential cookies.

This cookie is strictly necessary to provide the authenticated parts of the service. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly-necessary cookies do not require your consent.
On the marketing pages (om-manuals.co.uk) we store a single flag in your browser’s localStorage (om_cookie_ok) to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. This is not a cookie and contains no personal data.
To be clear about what that flag is not: it records only that the notice was dismissed. It is not a record of consent to analytics, and we do not treat it as one. There is no non-essential analytics technology on this site for it to consent to.
We do count how the public pages are used, but not with cookies and not in a way that identifies you. Each entry holds the name of the event from a fixed internal list, the path of the page with any query string and fragment removed, three campaign fields, and the time. There is no IP address, no browser fingerprint, no referring address and no identifier that could link one entry to another or to you.
We do not use session analytics, visitor identifiers, session replay, heatmaps, keystroke capture, advertising audiences or automated profiling. Our Privacy Policy explains the distinction in full.
We do not use any third-party cookies. Our suppliers (Render for hosting, Resend for email, Google Workspace for correspondence, HubSpot for our CRM record and Clay for business-contact enrichment) do not set cookies in your browser.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting or blocking the session cookie will sign you out of the platform. Because we use only a strictly-necessary cookie, blocking it may prevent you from accessing authenticated areas of the service.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our use of cookies. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we introduce any new cookies, we will update this page and notify workspace administrators by email.
